Mozilla’s Firefox web browser has an autocomplete feature that helps you fill in forms and enter data into text fields. When you enter data into a form or text field, the browser stores that data. When you need to re-enter data into a form or text field, Firefox displays a drop-down menu that presents stored autocomplete data, thus allowing you to rapidly fill in forms and rapidly enter text into text fields.

Firefox Autocomplete Spy addresses your privacy concerns related to Firefox’s autocomplete feature. It scans the location where Firefox stores autocomplete data, it displays said autocomplete data on its interface, it lets you save the autocomplete data as a HTML, XML, TXT, or CSV report, and it lets you delete autocomplete dat. Just click a button and all the autocomplete data Firefox stored over time will be deleted.

If you want to install Firefox Autocomplete Spy on your Windows PC, you can very easily do so. Run the application’s installer, follow the instructions presented by a setup wizard, and you will be done in no time at all. If you don’t want to install Firefox Autocomplete Spy on your Windows PC, you’ll be glad to know that the application is available as a portable version.

A large Show All button is displayed on the application’s interface. Click it and the default location where Firefox stores autocomplete data will be scanned; once the scan completes, all uncovered data will be displayed as a list, right underneath the aforementioned Show All Button.

If you want to remove all the autocomplete data that Firefox stored over time, just click the Delete All button from the lower right hand side. After you confirm that you’re sure you want to permanently delete all the autocomplete data, Firefox Autocomplete Spy will proceed to doing just that.

If you want to create a report of all the autocomplete data that Firefox stored over time, just click the Report button from the lower right hand side on the interface. You’ll get to choose if you want to generate a text, HTML, XML, or CSV report.

Firefox Autocomplete Spy is free software. SecurityXploded offers it for the low price of free.
